In this class we will do a small warm up oriented to the Turkish people we are going to investigate.
Through a choreography we will add our skills with the Hula Hoop.
Every week we will add different tricks, from simple to more complicated ones. Then you can train on your own.
Having a hula and the desire to move is enough.
